This is a story of which I am particularly happy: not only because in the beginning this was exactly how I had imagined the Old New Italy project to be, but also because I met a very special customer and we are working together on an amazing project.
Remember the first meetings with the American client? After some research last year we found the perfect ruined property, a house with that touch of magic that immediately made him fall in love. Situated in a fantastic place in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, the complex consists of a large barn, a manor house and a small barn and is now ready to start a new life.
In these first days of spring works have begun and in the next few months I will be busy in this beautiful restoration project of an old stone farmhouse and its transformation from barn into villa. Further updates coming soon!
