Location: Casalecchio di Reno just minutes from the center of Bologna
Type: end of ‘800 sandstone inn palace
Philosophy of the intervention: The restoration and conservative renewal allowed to revive this ancient inn preserving the traces of its past; the stone walls, vaults of original bricks in fact testify to the deep bond with its history. Great attention was given to the recovery of existing materials which, alongside new structural elements such as iron beams left exposed, create a perfect blend of past and present.

Curiosity: the palace of Locanda Tramvia from the 800 was one of the first buildings in the city and the only survivor of the bombing of the First and Second World War
