Composition: originally farmhouse with attached barn
Philosophy of the intervention: a seismic adaptation of the entire building with structural interventions to improve the seismic characteristics was made. Works involved the construction of new foundations and main interior changes with a new redistribution of the spaces. The restoration and conservative renewal allowed to breathe life into this house that in spite of the modern look due to external render, deeply retains traces of its past
